Just when I had thought that the trend was going to be focused on the father who put bullets into a laptop for discipline, tragedy strikes in the news.
The publicist to Whitney Houston, reported that she had died in a Beverly Hills hotel this afternoon. She was 48 years old.
It’s pretty big news. Nothing has been more life shattering since the news of the death of Michael Jackson.
Of course two things are crossing the minds of people when they hear the news of her passing:
#1- WOW!!!
#2- her addiction to drugs ultimately took her.
I was not an avid music fan, but I knew who she was and knew that she definitely had a talent within her that was a force to be reckoned with.
And we do not know as of yet at the posting of this blog what the cause of death is. I am sure that is to come really really soon!
But we hope and we pray that she now has some rest and peace in her life. We all know about how much havoc she sank into these past couple of decades. We can only hope and think positively as the medical professionals do their job to find out what caused her ultimate end.
